By installing or playing Pathlings you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The game and your account

Pathlings is free to play. Your progress is tied to a guest identifier on your device; we can't move it to another phone or recover it after you delete the app. Keep your username respectful: we may rename or remove accounts with offensive names.

Virtual items

Coins, gems, energy and other in-game items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred. Purchases are final except where the App Store or Google Play refund rules apply. We may change item prices, balance or availability to keep the game fair.

Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with other players or our servers. We may suspend or remove accounts that do, without refund.

Ads

Rewarded ads are optional. Rewards are granted only when the ad provider confirms the ad was watched to the end.

Availability

Online features depend on our servers and third-party services and may be interrupted or discontinued. We may update or stop the game at any time.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost progress, lost virtual items or any indirect damages.
